House rules
No smoking. No events or parties. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is secured by card pre-authorization with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking or single bed €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €80 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. A travel cot and one outdoor parking space are included. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by prior arrangement.
Getting there
Demoiselles Beach is 50 m away. Saint-Jean-de-Monts is 3 km away; the bus station is 3 km away; Lidl supermarket and Saint-Jean-de-Monts golf course are each 4 km away. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the building has an elevator. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
