## About the house

The living area has a sofa and two wall-mounted pull-down beds. To lower the beds, remove the sofa pillows and pull the handles down carefully with both hands. Storage and wardrobe space allow guests to unpack, and blackout blinds darken the room. Bed linen is provided.

The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, with towels and toiletries provided. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

The water heater has limited capacity; after the hot water runs out, it takes time to heat again. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided.

Maximum occupancy is two people; additional guests are not allowed. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities. Turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 incurs a €25 fee, collected before arrival by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Arrivals after 02:00 require availability confirmation before booking. A government-mandated city tax of €2 per person per day applies for up to seven consecutive days, with children under 12 exempt. City tax is excluded from the booking price and collected before check-in; the amount may vary with local regulations.
