House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are accepted except dangerous animals. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use household electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card as a guarantee. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a bath-towel set €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking; linen for one single bed €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €90 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Household linen is optional and is not replenished during the stay. Tourist tax is stated as included in the total price; the descriptive text also says it is payable before the stay.
Getting there
Plage du Val André, a sandy beach, is 200 m away; the listing does not specify the access mode. Plage des Vallées is 1.6 km away. Outdoor parking is provided in the same building. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
