Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. Optional services per booking: kitchen towels €2.00; towel set with one small and one large towel €7.00; double-bed linen €18.00; single-bed linen €14.00; bath mat €3.00; end-of-stay cleaning €56.00. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not offered. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the reservation. Refundable deposit: €800.00 per booking, secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Personalized arrival and departure services, heating, internet and outdoor parking are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange the arrival time and key handover. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times can be agreed with the agency. Cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation.
Getting there
Trez Beach is 200 m away. Bénodet town centre, shops and market are 950 m away. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator but is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. Use a dedicated charging station instead. Casino Barrière Bénodet is 190 m away; Relais Thalasso 230 m; La Mouette Rieuse restaurant 600 m; Carrefour Market 1 km; Bluegreen l’Odet golf 5 km; Quimper station 15 km.
