House rules
No smoking; parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival-time details and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit is due by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services include cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen at €2 per booking; a towel set at €7 per booking; linen for a double bed at €15 per booking; linen for a single bed at €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning at €37 per booking; and a bath mat at €3 per booking. Linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, without replacement. In-stay housekeeping is not provided. Tourist tax is included in the total price.

Paracou sandy beach is 43 m away. The apartment is described as beachfront and has a sea view. Carrefour Market is 3 km away; the town centre is 1.5 km away. The apartment is on the second floor. No electric-vehicle charging outlet is provided; do not use domestic sockets to charge a vehicle, and use a dedicated charging point.
