The house

The living area combines a lounge, dining area and open kitchen. The lounge has a sofa and television; the dining table seats four. The kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. Sleeping arrangements are one 160 × 200 cm queen bed in the bedroom and a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed for two in the living room. There is a shower room and separate toilet. A private outdoor parking space is available at the same building, and secure bicycle storage accommodates up to four bicycles. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided. An elevator serves the fourth floor. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional services; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A concierge team is available during the stay.
