The living area combines a lounge, dining area and open kitchen. The lounge has a sofa and television; the dining table seats four. Sleeping arrangements are one 160 × 200 cm queen bed in the bedroom and a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed for two in the living room. There is a shower room and separate toilet. An elevator serves the fourth floor.
