Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets and groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. There is no linen replacement or cleaning during the stay. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels €2.00; towel set with one small and one large towel €7.00; double-bed linen €18.00; single-bed linen €14.00; end-of-stay cleaning €40.00; bath mat €3.00. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of €800.00 per reservation is secured by a bank-card preauthorization with the final payment. Heating, outdoor parking, personalized arrival and personalized departure are included. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival; cancellation 28–16 days before arrival incurs 50% of the rent, and cancellation from 15 days before arrival or a no-show incurs 100%. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and checkout before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange timing and key handover; low-season times may be flexible by agreement. The page also advertises a non-refundable rate, so confirm your selected cancellation terms. Insurance requires documentation and covers specified cancellations, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.

The cale de Beg Meil sandy beach is 200 m away; Plage des Pyramides is 400 m away. Fouesnant town centre is 5 km away and Quimper railway station is 20 km away. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, despite having an elevator. La Casa Pépé is 100 m away, Chez Hubert and Beg Meil nautical centre 200 m, Cocci Market 600 m, Piscine les Balnéides 4 km, E.Leclerc Pleuven 6 km, Cornouaille Golf and GLAZ AVENTURES 9 km, and Tytaz Wakepark 13 km. The named swimming pool is off site.
