House rules
No smoking. Events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional linen is provided on arrival for the full stay, with no replacement during the stay. No mid-stay cleaning is provided. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €60 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Boisvinet Beach is 20 m away, and the apartment has direct beach access. The town centre is 800 m away. One parking space is available outside the building.
