The 120 m² house accommodates up to four adults and one child. It has three bedrooms, a kitchen with stove, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher, a living room with dining table, wood-burning stove, sofa seating and Smart TV with fiber connection, several outdoor areas, and a 48 m² sea-facing terrace with barbecue. A 30 m² guest house on the property is occasionally used by the owner; guests have a private entrance and separate outdoor area.
