Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not charge vehicles from domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging station instead. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. Optional services per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 80,00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay, without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not offered. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Internet, heating, personalised arrival and personalised departure services are included. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange time and keys; low-season times may be flexible. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, 50% of rent at 28–16 days and 100% from 15 days or for a no-show. Optional insurance requires documentation and covers specified cancellation causes, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.

Getting there

The apartment is on the third floor and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Du Centre sandy beach is 50 m away, across the road; Caroual Beach is 1 km away and Lourtuais Beach is 2 km away. The town centre is nearby. La Marmite is 160 m away, Chez Sylvie 300 m, Carrefour Contact 350 m and Yves Le Foll hospital 34.5 km. Approximate distances differ between the description and distance table: Super U 3–3.1 km, Fréhel Golf 8.6–9 km and Bluegreen Pléneuf-Val-André Golf 11–11.2 km.
