Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Use dedicated charging stations rather than domestic sockets for electric vehicles. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 18,00 €; single-bed linen 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 75,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. Bed linen and towels are not included. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Internet, heating, outdoor parking, personalized arrival and personalized departure services are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival and departure times may be flexible in low season by agreement. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival; charges are 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before arrival and 100% from 15 days before arrival, at check-in or for a no-show. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation.
Getting there
Saint Colomban Beach is 100 m away; Grande Plage is 2 km away. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Parking is limited to one private outdoor space. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. Saint-Co Windsurf is 100 m away, Le Kreiz 400 m, Le Sinko 450 m, Nautic Sport Carnac and Intermarché 2 km, Le P’tit Délire 10 km, Kart 56 and Bluegreen Saint-Laurent golf 13 km, and Bretagne Atlantique hospital 16 km. Distances differ between the description and table: Le Cornély 1.5–2 km, Thalazur Carnac 2–2.3 km, central Carnac and Proxi 2.5–3 km, and Forêt Adrénaline 9.5–10 km; confirm routes.
