No parties, events or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. The home is not fenced, so young children require supervision. The home is occupied by the property owners at other times.
Getting there
The home is in a hillside setting five minutes by car from Nelson City. Tahuna Beach is a five-minute drive away. A double carport is provided, with storage for small boats and bikes.
