The apartment has open-plan living and dining, a generous balcony with a leafy outlook, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two queen bedrooms and a living-room sofa bed accommodate up to five guests. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower/bath combination, toilet and vanity, and another with a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite, courtyard access and a built-in robe; Bedroom 2 also has a built-in robe. Linen is provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware.
Other facilities include a BBQ grill and utensils, TV, washer, dryer, iron, electric hot water and a smoke detector. Children, infants and elderly guests are welcome; access to the first-floor apartment is via stairs.
