House rules
The home is child friendly and elderly friendly. Alcohol and smoking are allowed. Loud music is allowed within limits and during specified hours; keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. Events and film, photo or advertisement shoots are not allowed. The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Getting there
The home is accessed from the beach, and vehicles cannot be taken to the property during high tides. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; check road and weather conditions before travelling.
