House rules
No parties or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. Pets are not permitted. Building body-corporate and house rules apply. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal. Security cameras operate in common areas of the building.
Getting there
The apartment is on Nelson's waterfront. Waterfront restaurants are within an easy walk, and the beach, city centre and airport are a short drive away. Dedicated secure garaging is available for up to two standard vehicles, with a 2 m maximum vehicle height. The waterfront road is busy, and some road and port noise may be present.
