## About the house

The elevated home frames ocean and mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The great room combines living, dining and an open kitchen, with a dining table for eight and sliding doors to the oceanfront lanai.

The main kitchen has Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, KitchenAid mixer, blender, toaster oven and microwave. The downstairs studio suite has its own full kitchen, dining area and private outdoor access.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views and lanai access. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with a soaking tub and separate shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, mountain views and closet space; Guest Bedroom 4 has a twin bed. The downstairs studio has a California king bed and an ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower. All five bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms.

A lower-level media lounge has an RH Cloud sectional, projector screen and bar-height seating for six. Patio doors open to the lower lanai, private yard and barbecue area. Outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available, with additional beach equipment rentals offered for a charge.

The home includes Wi-Fi, cable television, a washer and dryer, free parking and a laundry area with storage for bikes, boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear. Children are welcome, and a crib and high chair are available. Exterior security cameras are present. The home is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period; inquiries are required.
