Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if it changes. Pets are strictly prohibited unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised. Peak periods may involve forced move-in days, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
Lorne Beach is 1.5 km away. Beaches, walking tracks, cafés and restaurants are an easy, flat stroll away. Covered parking is limited to two vehicles. An external security camera is installed.
