Sea Loft has open-plan living, two queen bedrooms and an upstairs loft bedroom with four single beds. The living area has a TV, electric heating, one three-seater sofa and two two-seater sofas. Games are available. The fully fenced backyard has a deck with shade sails, a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet; the upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. Hot water and a smoke detector are provided.

Bedroom 3 (loft) · 4 beds · Four single beds, reading lamps and carpet. The loft is above the other two bedrooms and is reached by a ladder-style staircase, unsuitable for very young children or elderly guests.

Pets allowed: Yes · Pets are welcome outside only. The backyard is fully fenced.

Kitchen: Yes · Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. The dining table seats six, with two additional stools at the window bench.

Washing machine: Yes · A front-loading washing machine is available in the laundry.

Local shops and the surf beach are a short stroll away. The home has two storeys. The loft has a ladder-style staircase that is unsuitable for very young children or elderly guests.

Linen is not provided; bring your own or arrange hire. Pets are permitted outside only. Parties are strictly prohibited. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to booking terms. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome, but the loft staircase is unsuitable for very young children.
