## About the house

The condominium has a furnished ocean-facing balcony and a private oversized side deck with a large picnic table. Inside are coastal furnishings, a great room, a dining area and an equipped kitchen. Flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray players are provided in the great room and bedroom; cable and streaming TV are available.

The bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A second full bathroom has a standing shower. Additional sleeping spaces are a built-in twin-over-twin bunk set in the hallway and a queen pull-out sofa in the great room.

The kitchen includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer access, an iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets are provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided.

Community facilities include a seasonal shared outdoor pool, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a playground and beach access. Downtown Duck shops and restaurants are a short walk or bike ride away.

The Welcome Program supplies a starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities only; guests provide further paper products, trash bags and soaps.

Downtown Duck shops and restaurants are a short walk or bike ride away. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Beach chairs are not provided because storage space is limited.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Check-in and check-out are on Sunday. Optional early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification. Welcome Program supplies are starter quantities only; guests must provide additional paper products, trash bags and soaps.
