House rules
No pets. No smoking. Sunday check-in and checkout. Pool heating is optional at $250 plus tax per week and unavailable in July and August. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Oceanfront location with a private beach walkway that includes steps. Parking is limited to eight vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
