# Sea La Vie-Four Seasons Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 24 guests across three levels and has eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top-level great room has ocean views, a furnished living area, cable TV and a seasonal gas fireplace. The kitchen has commercial-grade stove/ovens, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Two indoor dining areas and an outdoor deck table with benches provide dining space. The middle level has a recreation room with a pool table, bar, game table and access to a covered ocean-view deck. The ground level has a theater room with two queen sleeper sofas, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, and laundry facilities. Additional laundry facilities are on the top level. Two top-floor king bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a standing shower and whirlpool tub, plus oceanside deck access. The middle floor has two oceanside king ensuite bedrooms, one queen ensuite bedroom, and a bedroom with two double beds and a semi-private bathroom shared with the common space; all have deck access. The ground-floor ensuite bedroom has a double-over-double bunk set and a twin-over-twin bunk set. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, kiddie pool, poolside cabana, hot tub, outdoor shower, sun and shade decks, outdoor furniture, and a picnic area with gas and charcoal grills. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. A basketball hoop is offered for 2026 only. Shared Four Seasons facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, clubhouse and recreation center, gym, game room, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, playground, soundside access, parking, paths and a seasonal trolley. Duck’s boutiques, restaurants, live music and soundside boardwalk are nearby.
