The great room has ocean views, a furnished living area and a gas fireplace. The equipped kitchen connects to a screened porch, with a nearby ocean-view dining area and a separate breakfast area. An oceanfront deck provides outdoor seating space. The second-floor den offers another living area, ocean views and access to a covered deck. The ground-floor game room has a pool table and access to the pool and hot tub.

Two third-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and a private bathroom with a standing shower; one is oceanside with deck access. The second floor has two more queen ensuite bedrooms with standing showers, one oceanside with deck access, plus a twin bedroom and a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and a trundle. A separate second-floor full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, a private beach walkway with steps and a dunetop seating deck. Charcoal and gas grills, a basketball hoop and five beach chairs are provided. Inside, amenities include streaming TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The home is close to the historic Whalehead Club, shops and dining in Corolla.

Heating costs $500 plus tax per week in 2026 and $600 plus tax per week in 2027. In 2027, extended opening from April 10 and extended closing through October 15 are offered for $250 plus tax per week.

No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
