## About the house

The villa has five air-conditioned king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs; two have sea-view balconies, while the third faces the garden. Two ground-floor bedrooms open onto private verandas with seating. The main bedroom has an adjoining snug overlooking the infinity pool, and a second snug provides flexible office space. Open-plan kitchen, dining and TV areas connect to a terrace and pool deck. The kitchen includes a separate chef’s preparation area. A courtyard has three fountains and tropical foliage, while the terrace offers shaded lounging and outdoor dining. Amenities include ceiling fans, hair dryers, a media room, smart TV, a security safe and a beach shower. Watersports are available by request. Staffing includes a kitchen assistant and housekeeper/laundress. Cook service is provided in summer and winter; chef and butler services are provided for Christmas bookings only.

The villa is beachfront; beach accessibility varies seasonally. Holetown is 2 miles south and Speightstown is 2.4 miles north. The Lone Star restaurant is three-quarters of a mile away, a two-minute drive. The villa is advertised as wheelchair friendly, with ground-floor bedrooms and living spaces.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. Christmas-period bookings, December 19–January 9, are always non-refundable.
