## About the house

The home has five bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, plus a half bathroom. The ground floor has an ensuite bedroom with two double beds and a double/twin bunk bed, and a recreation room with a pool table and access to the private pool and hot tub. The second floor has three king ensuite bedrooms and another ensuite bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed. Two king bedrooms have deck access; one also has a soaking tub. Laundry and covered decks are on this level.

The third floor contains the great room, kitchen, dining area, sunroom, half bathroom and open decks. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Cable TV is available; streaming TV is available from 2027.

Outside are a private in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Guests also have access to Northpoint’s heated indoor community pool, two tennis courts, basketball courts and soundside access. The soundfront pier offers opportunities for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and watching sunsets. Duck’s shops and restaurants are a short distance away.

Guests also have access to Northpoint’s heated indoor community pool; this heating applies to the community pool, not the private pool.

Northpoint Beach Access and the soundfront pier are a short walk away. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No pets. No smoking. Sunday check-in and check-out. Optional extension of private pool opening dates in 2027 costs $100 plus tax per week.
