The house

The townhome has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, high ceilings, a dining table for six and three private lanais with mountain and garden views. The living area has split air conditioning. The kitchen includes teak cabinetry, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, Vitamix blender and Henckels knives.

The lower-level primary bedroom has a king bed with an Awara mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a full shower, private lanai access and mountain and garden views. The middle-level guest bedroom has a queen bed with an Awara mattress, an ensuite bathroom and garden views. The upper-level guest bedroom has a queen bed with a Thuma mattress, an ensuite bathroom, a private balcony and garden and mountain views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Split air conditioning serves two suites and the living room. Bathrooms include Public Goods shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Guests have access to a shared heated community pool, hot tub and outdoor gas grill. The home includes a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart television, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cooler. Free parking and a garage are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided.

Princeville Makai Golf Course is steps away, and scenic trails and lookouts are within walking distance. Princeville Shopping Center, local dining and boutiques are a walk or short drive away. Hanalei Bay, Kilauea, Na Pali Coast hikes and beaches are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
