House rules
No smoking. One dog is permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. For 2026, one additional pet is permitted for $150 plus tax per week. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and are not permitted in pools or hot tubs. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The beach is a short walk away via a path from the private pool area connecting directly to the community beach walkway. Beach access is Pine Island Beach Access 6. Parking is limited to five vehicles. Shops, restaurants and attractions in Corolla and Duck are a short drive away.
