# Sea Gem Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 17 guests in six bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top-floor great room has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and an entertainment center, alongside an open dining area and a kitchen with breakfast-bar seating. The fourth-level loft has a desk. Decks offer ocean views, and the hot tub is on the third-floor deck. The ground floor has a recreation room with foosball, a card table and seating, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator and microwave, and laundry facilities. One bedroom on this level has a twin-over-twin bunk set, a double-over-twin bunk set and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second level has a king ensuite with a shower/tub combination, another king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets; the latter two have deck access. The third-level king ensuite has a standing shower and whirlpool tub. The main kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, cable and streaming TV, a wet bar, gas grill, outdoor furniture, picnic tables, an outdoor shower, a basketball hoop and five beach chairs. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. A path from the private pool area connects directly to the community beach walkway. Pine Island community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, basketball courts and a playground. Shops, restaurants and attractions in Corolla and Duck are a short drive away. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
