House rules
No smoking. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed, and pets may not enter the pool or hot tub. Standard pet allowance is one dog, with no weight limit; up to two extra pets cost $250 each plus tax per week.
Getting there
Access requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle and driving along the shoreline on sand beyond the paved roads. The home is oceanfront, with a private lighted walkway without steps to the dune deck and beach. Carova Beach has no restaurants or shops.
