The equipped kitchen has a large island and two dishwashers. A screened porch with a picnic table and a covered deck provide outdoor dining space. Decks extend across multiple levels. A mid-level den has a 70-inch TV, and the lower-level game room has a pool table, TV and kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and sink. The home has two refrigerators, two microwaves, multiple Smart TVs and streaming TV. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, three queen beds, four twin beds and two twin-over-twin bunk sets. Bathrooms comprise five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Several ensuite bedrooms have deck access. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool with a pool alarm, a hot tub, gas grill, hammock, outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. A private lighted walkway without steps leads to the dune deck and beach. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided.
