The first-floor primary suite has a marble bathroom with a shower and tub. Two further first-floor bedrooms share a bathroom; this floor also has a powder room with pool access and a laundry room. A media room and an ensuite guest bedroom occupy the lower level. Outdoor facilities include a heated, fenced private pool, a fenced backyard, entertaining space, a playground and swing set, an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, an uncovered patio with furniture, and a gas grill. There are two adult bicycles and two children's bicycles. Three communal tennis courts include two Har-Tru courts and one hard court. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, pot and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with heating, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a Bluetooth speaker/stereo system. The home has a private entrance, hot water, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. If no replacement booking is made, guests may retain use of their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts above $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection covers up to $25,000, subject to the booking agreement.
