House rules

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Personal umbrellas and tents are prohibited March–October under HOA rules; personal chairs are allowed year-round. Routine maintenance vendors may visit during the stay. Exterior security cameras face the driveway and doorbell area. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.

Getting there

Private beach access is a two-to-three-minute walk away. The home spans three floors. The residential elevator may experience outages; limit use where possible and prioritize luggage, groceries and guests who have difficulty with stairs. Parking is limited to six driveway vehicles, with strict towing enforcement. The bunk nook is open, and the first-floor bunk room is a shared children's space. The bonus bedroom uses daybeds and trundles.
