The kitchen has custom white cabinetry, high-end countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. A dining table seats 12, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A separate first-floor living area provides additional gathering space. Seven bedrooms and an additional open bunk nook provide eight sleeping spaces. Five king bedrooms are distributed across all three floors, nearly all with private bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite has a shower and tub, and two other third-floor king rooms open onto private balconies with Gulf views. The first-floor bunk room has queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin bunks and its own full bathroom. The second-floor full-over-full bunk nook is open rather than enclosed. The third-floor bonus bedroom has two twin daybeds with twin trundles and a private bathroom. There are seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. The backyard has a private pool with built-in seating, a bar area and nearby covered dining. Indoor recreation includes a game room and foosball table. Other facilities include an outdoor shower, seven adult bicycles, a grill, television, heating, a fireplace, a laundry room and a residential elevator. Elevator operation is not guaranteed. Private beach access is a two-to-three-minute walk away. A beach setup with chairs and an umbrella is provided each morning from March through October.
