West Bay Beach is a short drive or a 5-minute walk east. Restaurants, watersports, and resorts are within a 5–10 minute drive.

This is a smoke-free unit; smoking indoors is not permitted, and smoking anywhere that may bother other guests or owners should be avoided. Events are not permitted. One mid-week housekeeping service is included for stays of at least 7 days and must be scheduled with the local manager. Complimentary pack-and-plays, booster seats, and baby gates require advance notice and a signed waiver.
