This is a smoke-free unit: smoking is not permitted indoors and should not take place where it may bother other guests or owners. Events are not permitted. The minimum stay is 3 nights year-round, 5 nights over Thanksgiving, and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay.
Getting there
The property is protected by an ironshore bluff and shoreline rather than sandy beachfront. A walkway with railed stairs leads to ocean water access on calm days; West Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk or short drive east. A rental car is recommended for travel beyond Seven Mile Beach, and taxi service can be expensive.
