This is a smoke-free unit: smoking is not permitted indoors and should not take place where it may bother other guests or owners. Events are not permitted. The minimum stay is 3 nights year-round, 5 nights over Thanksgiving, and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay.
