House rules

This is a smoke-free unit: smoking is not permitted indoors, and guests should avoid smoking anywhere that may bother other guests or owners. No events are permitted. One mid-week housekeeping service is included for stays of at least 7 days and must be scheduled with the local manager. The rooftop requires walking up one flight of stairs; elevators service every other floor.

Getting there

The property is protected by an ironshore bluff and shoreline rather than a sandy beachfront. A walkway with railed stairs leads to ocean access on calm days; experienced swimmers are recommended, and pool shoes or snorkel fins are suggested for foot protection. West Bay Beach is a short drive or a 5-minute walk east. Many restaurants, watersports, and resorts are within a 5–10 minute drive. Taxi service is available but can be expensive.
