This is a smoke-free unit; smoking indoors is not permitted, and smoking anywhere that may bother other guests or owners should be avoided. No events are permitted. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. A 3-night minimum applies year-round, with 5 nights minimum over Thanksgiving and 7 nights minimum over Christmas and New Year's week.
Getting there
The property has an ironshore shoreline rather than a sandy beachfront. A walkway with railed stairs leads to ocean water access on calm days; West Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk east or a short drive. A rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Seven Mile Beach; taxi service is available and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
