This is a smoke-free unit; smoking indoors is prohibited, and smoking anywhere that may bother other guests or owners should be avoided. No events are permitted. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. A 3-night minimum applies year-round, with 5 nights minimum over Thanksgiving and 7 nights minimum over Christmas and New Year's week.
Getting there
The property has an ironshore bluff and shoreline rather than a sandy beachfront. A walkway with railed stairs and an ocean ladder provides water access on calm days; pool shoes or snorkel fins are recommended for foot protection. West Bay Beach is a short drive or a 5-minute walk east. Many restaurants, watersports, and resorts are within a 5–10 minute drive. A rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Seven Mile Beach; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
