House rules
No smoking or pets. Starting in 2027, bed and bath linens are not provided. Guests must provide replenishment paper products, trash bags and soaps after the limited Welcome Program starter supplies are used.
Getting there
The beach is four lots away, with access through Saltaire Private Community Access. Local restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The bedrooms and main living spaces are on Level 2; the Level 1 shower bathroom is accessible only from outside. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
