## About the house

Sea Delight accommodates up to nine guests in four bedrooms. Level 2 contains a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a double-bottom/twin-top bunk set. The great room, kitchen, dining area, screened porch and sun deck are also on Level 2. An outside-only shower bathroom is on Level 1.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Pool heating is optional and unavailable in July and August; it costs $250 plus tax per week. The published 2026 pool season runs from April 25 through October 9. Pool dimensions are given as 14 × 30, without a stated unit.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, municipal water, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets are provided. Starting in 2027, bed and bath linens are not provided.

The home is four lots from the beach, with access through Saltaire Private Community Access. Local restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Parking accommodates five vehicles. The Welcome Program provides limited arrival supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, hand soap and toilet paper; guests provide further supplies for their stay.
