## About the house

Sea Croft accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with two queen beds and six twin beds, and has four full bathrooms. On Level 2, an oceanside queen bedroom has a private bathroom with a standing shower. A second bedroom has two twin beds, and a separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. This level also contains the furnished great room, kitchen, dining area and laundry.

Level 3 has an oceanside queen bedroom with a private bathroom, standing shower and private deck. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds, and a separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Decks offer space to sit outdoors and enjoy the coastal views.

The equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and both drip and pod coffee makers. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple TVs/DVDs, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Pillows and blankets are provided, but bed and bath linens are not provided.

Outdoor facilities include gas and charcoal grills, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower and a ground-floor picnic table. Five beach chairs are provided. Guests have access to the shared Sea Ridge outdoor community pool and Sea Ridge Beach Access. Restaurants and shopping in Duck are a short drive away.

No pets and no smoking. Bed and bath linens are not provided; pillows and blankets are provided. Saturday check-in is at 16:00 and Saturday checkout is at 10:00. Optional early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
