House rules
Maximum nine guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Use your own accounts for streaming services. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four and older, per person per week, in addition to the accommodation charge. VueStay collects it on behalf of Sea Colony. Purchase the required fee before arrival to avoid check-in delays. Published fees are: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees may change without notice and amenity availability is not guaranteed. The 2027 rates are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking; an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, the house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund.
Getting there
Quick access to Sea Colony's half-mile private guarded beach. Central Bethany Beach is a short walk away. The gym and indoor-pool fitness center is steps away. The townhouse has two stories, with all three bedrooms and the loft upstairs. The garage is unavailable, and vehicles beyond the two-pass maximum must park off Sea Colony property.
