House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee is mandatory for every guest aged 4 and older, per person per week. Published 2026 fees are: 04/01/26–05/08/26: $20; 05/09/26–06/05/26: $35; 06/06/26–09/11/26: $58; 09/12/26–10/16/26: $35; 10/17/26–03/31/27: $20. The fee is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony and grants access to community-managed facilities. Purchase before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. Rates may change without notice, and amenity availability is not guaranteed. The 2027 rates are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee. There is no refund within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules and the cancellation policy.
Getting there
The home occupies three stories. Sea Colony provides a half-mile private beach and a community shuttle. No more than two Sea Colony parking passes are available; additional vehicles must park off community property.
