House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A non-refundable resort fee is mandatory for every guest aged four and older, per person per week. Published 2026 fees are: April 1–May 8, $20; May 9–June 5, $35; June 6–September 11, $58; September 12–October 16, $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027, $20. Rates may change without notice. Purchase the required fees before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. VueStay collects the fee on behalf of Sea Colony. The 2027 rates are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
Sea Colony includes half a mile of private beach and an in-season community shuttle. Parking is limited to a maximum of two Sea Colony passes; additional vehicles must park off the property. Community facility access requires a mandatory resort fee, and amenity availability is not guaranteed.
