House rules

Maximum occupancy is six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. The fireplace is not available for guest use. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A non-refundable mandatory Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four and older, per person per week, in addition to the accommodation cost. VueStay collects this fee on behalf of Sea Colony for access to community-managed facilities. Purchase it before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. Published fees are: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees may change without notice, and amenity availability is not guaranteed. 2027 fees are not finalized; 2026 fees are used as placeholders and may be adjusted. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.

Getting there

The condo is on the second floor and has an upstairs loft. Pools and tennis facilities are a short walk away. Sea Colony includes a half-mile private beach. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is available; vehicles beyond two must park off the property.
