An upstairs open loft provides additional flexible space. Sleeping arrangements comprise one king bed in Bedroom 1, two twin beds in Bedroom 2 and one queen bed in the common space. Updates include new living room flooring and outdoor seating. Central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, TVs, Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron, a blender and a coffee maker are provided. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Pools and tennis facilities are a short walk away. Sea Colony community facilities include a half-mile private beach, 12 shared pools including two indoor pools, tennis, pickleball, fitness centers, bocce ball, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security.
