House rules
Maximum occupancy is nine guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four and older, per person per week, and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Published fees are: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees are subject to change without notice. The 2027 fees are not finalized; 2026 fees are used as placeholders and may be adjusted. Purchase the required resort fees before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. Community amenity availability is not guaranteed. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The condo is on the second floor and includes an enclosed loft. Sea Colony has a half-mile private beach and a community shuttle. No more than two Sea Colony parking passes are available; additional vehicles must park off the property.
