The main level includes living and dining areas with cathedral ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a jetted tub. The enclosed loft has its own half bathroom. Sleeping arrangements comprise two bedrooms with one queen bed each, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a common space with three twin beds. Facilities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, three flat-screen TVs, two DVD players and a gas fireplace. Towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and a blender are provided. Sea Colony has a half-mile private beach, 12 shared pools including two indoor pools, tennis facilities, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security. A basketball court is also advertised. Access to community-managed facilities requires a mandatory, non-refundable resort fee for guests aged four and older; amenity availability is not guaranteed. Parking passes are limited to two per stay, depending on the number of resort fees purchased.
