House rules
Up to six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A non-refundable mandatory Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four and older, per person per week, in addition to the accommodation cost. The published 2026 schedule is: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. VueStay collects this fee on behalf of Sea Colony. Fees may change without notice, and community amenity availability is not guaranteed. Purchase the required fee before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. The 2027 rates are not finalized; 2026 fees are used as placeholders and may be adjusted.
Getting there
Sea Colony's private beach and shared pools are just steps away. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is available; additional vehicles must park off community property.
